About GC Filings
We handle the CSLB paperwork so California contractors can stay on the job. Renewals, new licenses, reactivations, added classifications, and the changes in between.
CSLB filings are not complicated once you know the system, but they are easy to get wrong when you file once every two years. A vague experience write-up, a name that does not match the Secretary of State, or a workers' comp policy that lapsed last month can send an application back for weeks. We check for those before anything is filed.
How we work
- One flat service fee per filing. The CSLB fee is always its own line, passed through at cost.
- Nothing is filed or charged until you approve the total.
- Every filing is checked against the common CSLB rejection reasons before it goes in.
- You review and sign every form that needs your signature. We never sign for you.
- We never promise a CSLB completion date. CSLB sets its own processing times, and we tell you honestly where things stand.
- No courses, no exam prep upsells. Just the filing.
