This policy explains what ICR Filings LLC collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us in orders and messages: name, title, email, phone, business details, CSLB license number, classifications, work experience, and anything else needed for your filing
- Your answers to CSLB background questions (for example, whether anyone listed has a conviction), only so we can prepare your application correctly
- If you choose to give it: your CSLB online account login, which we store encrypted and delete when your order is finished
- Payment details, which are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers
- Basic usage data, such as pages visited, collected by our own analytics
We do not ask you to email or text us your Social Security number. If a CSLB form needs it, you fill in that part yourself when you sign.
Public CSLB data
Our license lookup and our outreach use contractor license information that CSLB publishes in its public Master List, such as business name, address, phone, license status, classifications, and expiration date. If we contact you and you do not want to hear from us, tell us and we will not contact you again.
How we use information
- To prepare, submit, and follow up on the filings you order
- To communicate with you about your orders and upcoming renewal dates
- To improve our service and prevent fraud
Who we share it with
- CSLB and other agencies you ask us to file with
- A surety partner, only if you ask us to coordinate a bond
- Service providers that help us deliver the service, such as our payment processor, email and text providers, and hosting provider
- Authorities when required by law
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send updates about your orders and filings, including order confirmations, requests for information we need to complete your filing, payment reminders, filing updates, and replies to your questions. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Retention and security
We keep order records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@gcfilings.com.
