Add or change officers and members
CSLB requires personnel changes to be reported within 90 days. New officers and members also go through fingerprinting before the application is approved. We prepare the right form for your change.
Nothing is filed or charged until you approve the total.

- Prepare the add, disassociation, or change of title form that fits
- Get it signed and submitted to CSLB

- Who is joining or leaving, their titles, and the effective date
- Your current Statement of Information
Rules worth knowing
Which form
The change of title form cannot add or remove people, or change who qualifies the license. Removing a non-qualifying officer does not affect the license status.
Partnerships
General partners cannot be added to an existing partnership license. That takes a new license.
